Dr. David Brunick, MS, DBH, LMFT

Leadership in Clinical Mental Health & Organizational Excellence


Dr. Brunick brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience, combining a deep commitment to clinical mental health care with a strong background in business.


In his roles serving as CEO of clinical centers, he has led efforts to expand access to high-quality clinical mental health services. His expertise in organizational leadership, workforce development, and strategic growth has been instrumental in driving innovation and excellence in the mental health industry.


Dr. Brunick held senior leadership roles in human resources, overseeing HR functions for organizations with up to 40,000 employees. His unique blend of business acumen and clinical expertise ensures the excellence of clinical care across ZeeHorizon's network. 


He holds a Doctorate of Behavioral Health, a Master’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy, a Master’s degree in Management and Organizations, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. 


His leadership helps bridge the gap between clinical mental health care and operational excellence, ensuring sustainable growth and high-quality patient care.
